LONGDEN, Walker & Renney is looking to appoint an experienced, qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (senior or junior) to join our expanding Commercial Property team.
A knowledge of company law would be useful but is not essential as training will be provided for the full-time role. We are also prepared to consider qualified lawyers who are experienced in residential property matters as our commercial property lawyers will provide structured support and training for commercial matters.
As a practice which is part of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS), the successful candidate would be expected to assist with some complex residential conveyancing when required.
The role is based at our head office on John Street, Sunderland, but flexible working can be considered and we are happy to employ someone from the North of England who wishes to work wholly or partly from home. We successfully work this way with other team members.
