Civil and Commercial Litigation team seeking experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive

LONGDEN, Walker & Renney is keen to appoint an experienced and qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to become an integral part of our growing Civil & Commercial Litigation team.

We would like to hear from anyone who is ready to take their career to the next level in a supportive environment, whether you are currently employed in a senior or junior position.

The work our team undertakes is varied and includes Trust disputes, contentious probate, professional negligence, business disputes, breach of contract, high value debt recovery, breaches of contract, misrepresentation, commercial fraud, construction disputes, supply chain issues and insurance disputes.

We also specialise in property disputes, including boundary/party wall disputes, s21 Notices, dilapidation issues, rent recovery and end of lease disputes – repossession or contested lease renewals.

The ideal candidate will need to have experience in at least some of these specialisms but training can be given in other areas.

The role is based at our head office on John Street, in Sunderland, but flexible working will be considered for the right person based in the North of England who wishes to work wholly or partly from home. We already successfully work this way with other team members.
