Poppy Halliday

Clinical Negligence Admin

Since starting her career as an apprentice, Poppy has proven to be a very helpful member of our administration team, bringing dedication and enthusiasm to every task. Whether it’s sending letters to clients, answering calls or covering reception, Poppy approaches each task with flexibility and a helpful attitude, making her an invaluable part of the team. She is currently studying for an NVQ in Business Administration.

Away from work

Poppy loves living in the South Shields area and enjoys spending time with her 14-year-old Shih Tzu, called Pepper, often taking long walks along Seaburn Beach in Sunderland. She also loves making the most of her downtime with shopping trips to Newcastle or catching up with friends.

What music do you like – any specific genre or artists?

I don’t really have a favourite artist and I love anything from pop to dance music and a bit of everything in between. I usually listen to the latest music on TikTok.

What’s your favourite food?

I do think that Peperoni pizza (if it’s not too spicy) and a Diet Coke make a perfect combination.

What film or boxset would you recommend to others?

I like watching Benidorm because it’s funny and really makes me laugh!

Is there a smartphone App you could not live without?

TikTok is my favourite app because I love to scroll for funny videos, tutorials and anything that keeps me entertained.

How would you describe yourself in 5 words?

Hard working, Organised, reliable, personable and fun.
