Sarah Nesbitt

Commercial Property Conveyancing

An integral part of our Commercial Property department, Sarah provides organisational and administrative support to Solicitors to ensure transactions can go through smoothly. She often works on leases, business sales, purchases and other company matters.

Having joined as an Office Trainee in 2006, Sarah successfully studied for a Business and Administration NVQ before going on to specialise in property. Her main role is to support the Commercial Property Department, predominantly Ken Stenger in his consultancy role, but she regularly helps out with domestic conveyancing issues and enjoys being part of a close-knit and friendly team.

Away from Work

With two children to look after, Sarah spends most Saturday mornings watching her teenage son play football or can be found taking her little girl for a ride on her scooter. She also loves going on days out, especially beach walks with her English Springer Spaniel. She is forever cleaning muddy boots and muddy paws!

What music do you like – any specific genre or artists?

I love a little bit of everything – ranging from the 80s and 90s right through to more modern artists. It’s a good job we don’t have a radio on in the office as I’d probably singalong to it all day!

What film or boxset would you recommend to others?

Happy Valley – totally gripping from start to finish. I really loved Sarah Lancashire and the part she played. If I get chance to sit down, I do like to watch a good drama.

Is there a smartphone App you could not live without?

I’m always taking photos so I’d probably say my camera App. Definitely WhatsApp but I must admit that I am in far too many group chats!

How would you describe yourself in 5 words?

Loyal, caring, friendly, trustworthy and fun.
